Care Instructions

Please follow these care and handling instructions to ensure the long life of your custom snow globe cup or tumbler:

Snow Globe Cup instructions

1.  Our snow globe cups are strictly for keeping cold liquids ONLY.  They are not suitable for hot or boiling water.  Suitable for all cold brews!  

2.  Our snow globe cups are not to be used in extreme temperatures i.e. extreme hot or cold temperatures.  Do not freeze or put in boiling water!

3.  Our snow globe cups are not dishwasher safe.  Please HAND WASH only.  This is to ensure the quality of the wrap and prevent overuse at unknown temperatures.

4.  Please store upside down as much as possible to keep the rubber seal intact.

5.  Do not drop or put on high shelves - handle with care!

6.  The glitter and liquid in the snow globe cup will settle.  This is completely normal.  Please shake gently to move the glitter and liquid around - shake to activate!

7.  Please clean straws gently with a nylon straw/bottle brush only.

Tumbler instructions

1.  All of our tumblers are made out of stainless steel.  They are therefore suitable for keeping both hot and cold liquids.  Suitable for all brews!  

2.  We do not recommend these tumblers be used in extreme temperatures.  If you do so you do at your own risk!

3.  Our tumblers are not dishwasher safe.  Please HAND WASH only.  This is to ensure the quality of the wrap and prevent overuse at unknown temperatures.

4.  Do not drop or put on high shelves - handle with care!

5.  Please clean straws gently with a nylon straw/bottle brush only.
