Refund Policy
Order Turnaround: Please allow up to 10 business days for all order turnarounds to ensure your products have had the necessary processing time required to be presented in the best possible quality.
Payment: Once your payment is processed and cleared, your order will be made and then shipped to you, except for TikTok Lives where your order will be made live.
Cancellations: We do not accept change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please email manabaydesigns@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. This will make sure we can cancel the order before it is processed. If no email is received within 24 hours, your order will not be cancelled. We definitely do not refund orders where the products have already been made.
Exchanges or Refund: We do not offer any exchanges or refunds. However, if there is an error in our inventory or stock levels, we will do what's right and offer an exchange in product or a refund. Please contact us via email at manabaydesigns@gmail.com to manage this.
Damaged products: Once a package has left our store, the shipment, handling and delivery is completely out of our control. We take special care to ensure our products are boxed and bubble wrapped appropriately to prevent damage. We always display FRAGILE stickers on all of our snow globe cup and tumbler products. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties and will not refund the order if it it arrives at your door partially or fully damaged. Due to the items being of a FRAGILE nature they are automatically deemed a prohibited and restricted item and are exempt from compensation.
